Marco Guerrini, General Manager of HI-PE was a guest on the Story Time program aired on Radio Channel Italy, to talk about his career path and the history of the company, a landmark in the industrial sector with roots dating back to 1904.
During the interview, Marco detailed the most significant stages of the company’s evolution, from its first steps in the production of high-voltage circuit breakers, to the entry of Demont Group in 2009 with the acquisition of the plant, until the birth of Hi-pe, a division of the Demont Group born in 2019, which marked a decisive turning point, expanding the range of products and services.
Today, the company is also active in the design and manufacture of furnaces and boilers, as well as desalination plants operating within the global market with a focus on North African countries.
Marco concluded by emphasizing how teamwork and shared goals are essential for the company’s success, stating, “One man alone in charge cannot solve anything.” He stressed the importance of their team—a blend of experienced technicians and young talent—working together to navigate the future.
